9:00am - 5:00pm    Irvington Community Council Halloween Festival
                                along Washington St from Audubon to Ritter Ave

9:30am                  Start of Dual D Fun Run for Children ages 0-14, free event,
                                east side of Methodist Church at walk start line

10:00am                START of the 5 Mile Pleasant Run RUN,
                                east side of Irvington Library across Washington St.

10:05am                START of the 5 Mile Race Walk,
                                east side of Irvington Library across Washington St.

10:15am                START of the 3 Mile Neighborhood Family Walk,
                                east side of United Methodist Church
